  I used to like this place, they had some wonderful and skilled hairdressers. Around 6-12 months ago they all left, ever since then it has been nothing but horrible haircuts. Due to my positive first experience I continue going there in the hopes that it would get better. It didn't.
  
  I tried a different hairdresser each time, but they all failed to meet my expectations. My expectations were not extremely high, I kept them medium to low. I was clear with what I wanted and even showed them pictures, but from my experience, if it's anything beyond basic they seem incapable.
  
  Part of being a good hairdresser is recognizing your strengths and weaknesses, if you can't do something, say so. They weren't honest with me and would constantly say how nice it looked, when it clearly looked like a failed attempt.
  
  My mum decided to have her hair cut there a few weeks ago and also had a bad experience. She was waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes until she told them how long she'd waited, before walking out. They offered her a free haircut in apology, which she accepted, but it was similar to my experience, far from outstanding.
  
  If you're looking for an extremely basic haircut, this place is alright. If it's anything beyond basic, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.
